Match #34 (30 Aug 11): Swatted

Playing a second match in under 2 days is a tall order these days. The aging process is slowly but surely taking its toll - the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak! We were three nil down in easy fashion though credit to SWAT for their youthful energy and hard pressing. Is it going to be another eusoffianos debacle or a ManU - Ars remake? With Guan volunteering to shore up the defence and some strategic maneuvers from the presiding arsene cheow, we clawed back the game steadily. A second half goal gave some cause to be optimistic but in chasing for another goal, the shakened up opposition managed to have the final say with a goal from the last kick of the game.

Kok Hock had a good outing to mark his comeback and now let's recover for Sunday!
